Morning meditation: since the day off Pacific (self-improvement Blog)

Morning meditation is a wonderful way to start a new day. Whenever we wake we echoes resound in our dreams spirit came to our sleep… We even find sometimes awaken in a strange atmosphere or irritated by these dreams… I highly recommend meditation morning to begin a new day with optimistic thoughts. It can play a key role to start the day with a positive attitude.

First step is to wake up peacefully. Use an alarm to you wake up slowly from the shock of the bed in a rush… Several times, alarm clock with a sense of "rushed" can leave your heart beating fast rhythm and almost panic feeling. Try a calm and gentle awakening and enjoy a glass of cool water to start your daily hydration. You wake up slightly dehydrated all the hours you sleep. As you have finished your water, take a moment to remove a book that inspires you. Read a few paragraphs begin to fill your mind with peaceful relaxation and calm thoughts. A simple book of daily meditations can do the trick. but, combined with a quiet awakening and a refreshing glass of water, you started "rehydration" both your mind and your body.

Now that your mind is set to a positive State, it is time to stretch your muscles. Try yoga in the morning to give a positive energy for your body. If you are able, you can also try Tae Bo to you on your feet and started in a positive sense of the first minute of awakening. Begin your exercise of yoga or Tae Bo, breathe deeply - saying "I am" and let out your breath with the word "Pacific". Follow your breath quietly and talk aloud to you saying "I am Pacific," over and over again to start your day on an optimistic note. Next, open your Windows to see the nature outdoors when possible let air enter your room. If you like to pray in the morning, it is time to do so. Ponder on creations made by God. You don't have to be religious to see all miracles are passing around you, look just nature and you'll see it's wonderful. Having left even just your bedside, you've already started your day in a positive light.

Now it is time to reconstruct the body with food. Take breakfast light, perhaps with a fresh green juice produced by cucumber, collard greens and tomatoes or even a juice with fruits such as apples, pears and banana handset. An explosion of vitamins will give you energy for your body. A healthy diet with a variety of fruits and vegetables will provide a natural resource of vitamins and minerals for your body. The fact is that eating vegetables than meat of the day help to prevent many diseases, simply by providing a plenty of vitamins and minerals for a healthier you.

You are travelling in your work, either by car, train, subway or walking, take the time to see the beauty of its landscape and change the direction of your thoughts and your concerns to positive. You're already on the road to begin your stress free working days. At work, if you are feeling stressed stress take a short break, even if only for two minutes and remember well you started the day. Think positive thoughts and feelings that begin you your day with and allow him to refresh your inner self. Morning meditation can help you stay concentrated throughout the day. Try and you will be surprised of the speed with which you can see the difference when you start your day on a positive level.
